My First Cover

Boy, the story behind this will make an interesting podcast. This is the final product for that shoot. I was happy with the photo, I wished it could have been better (more on that in the podcast story)... but the good news is that the client was very happy with the shot.

I was very pleased to hear that. It makes the ending of the story even sweeter. Thanks Bonnie for the opportunity to do this project for you!

I have a goal! (IOTW)

I want to earn an "Image of the week" this year on iStockphoto.com. The competition is getting tougher on there, but I feel like I'm improving with each shoot I do. Will I hit it? Tune in this year to iStockphoto.com and look for me on the home page... I like a good competition now and then!

Stock Photos for a buck... (or $5)

There is a great article in PDN Online this month about stock photography and specificially about iStockphoto and their pricing model. It's well worth reading for photographers who aren't pleased with "value priced" stock site pricing models.
